Kindly join us for an evening of dance at our annual year-end concert, “Upward Spiral,” a celebration of our students’ remarkable growth and dedication throughout the year. This event symbolises the continuous improvement and success our dancers achieve through their hard work and passion. Enclosed, you will find the event details for your convenience. We appreciate your prompt response by the specified date to help us coordinate costumes and choreography effectively.
ABOUT THE SHOW
For families new to Triple Menace Studios, each year we host a spectacular show to celebrate our students’. Our past concerts have been unforgettable experiences for both students and parents, and we are excited to deliver another exceptional performance this year. The event takes place in a stunning theatre, equipped with professional sound and lighting technicians, providing our kids with a truly professional experience they can be proud of. Our students leave with a profound sense of accomplishment and memories they will cherish forever.
Each class meticulously prepares a routine during class time, and all students participate in the grand finale, an audience favourite year after year. Rest assured, our methods are refined and proven through years of producing these concerts. With your cooperation, we promise a wonderful and memorable experience for everyone involved.
Participating in the show requires a commitment from both students and parents. Please read all the information carefully before deciding to participate.
Our concert will be held on Friday, December 6th.
To ensure a smooth and professional performance, it is mandatory for all students to rehearse throughout the day. Rehearsals are essential for two main reasons: first, to guarantee the show runs flawlessly and professionally; second, to address safety concerns. With 200 students moving on and off stage, familiarity with the space and understanding entry and exit points are crucial to prevent accidents.
We understand that some parents may not want their children to take the day off school. Participation in the concert is optional, offering an opportunity for those who wish to be involved. However, if your child wishes to participate, they must attend the full-day rehearsal, without exception.

COMPULSORY CONCERT REHEARSALS
Please note: Ready Set Dance and Ready Set Ballet students are not required at these rehearsals.
We will have two Sunday rehearsals here at the school to practice running the show, run a dress rehearsal, choreograph and place the finale piece and prepare our students on how the show will run.
Please put these 2 dates in your diary now and keep them available.
The dates and times for these two rehearsals are:
Sunday the 20th of October
Sunday the 1st of December
Times each group are required are:
SNRS: 9:00am-5:00pm
JNRS: 10:00am-5:00pm
PRE JNRS: 11:00am-5:00pm
There will be a $25 charge per child, or $35 per family, payable on the day for each rehearsal to cover the costs of teachers, office staff and full supervision.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Attendance to BOTH of these rehearsals is compulsory in order to participate in the finale routine.
COSTUMES
We are exciteted to be having a fully costumed show! Your costume invoice is attached to your email.
CONCERT PERFORMER’S PACK
The cost is $79 and includes:
- A HD digital copy of the show! You will receive this as a link via email to cherish the memory of the show forever. This is replacing the usual DVD. Less clutter at home and better for the environment.
- A limited edition TMS Concert t-shirt. This t-shirt will be designed in a way so it will not date and can be worn next year also. Pre Jnr’s, Jnr’s and Snr’s will also wear this t-shirt for the finale.
- Participation fee to cover costs of supervision on the day.
Families with additional siblings will be charged a discounted rate of $50 for the additional dancers.

We provided a participation and checklist form below for you to complete confirming your child’s participation at the concert and both rehearsals. Please fill out this form promptly so preparations can begin even if you will not be participating. If you do not wish for your child to participate, I ensure they will still receive the highest quality dance training whilst being fully included and immersed in their classes.
